Dr. Henry does not directly accept insurance. However, she will provide you with the necessary paperwork to receive reimbursement for an out-of-network provider. There are several reasons Dr. Henry does not participate in insurance panels, including: Insurance companies do not recognize levels of specialization or training quality in providers Insurance companies require a formal diagnosis to be kept on record, which compromises client privacy Insurance companies often restrict the number and frequency of sessions, which limits a provider’s ability to meet the individual needs of the client and limits the provider’s ability to provide quality care Insurance companies compromise access to care due to delays in approvals, administrative burden on providers, as well as delays in provider reimbursement These are just a few of the myriad of reasons Dr. Henry does not accept insurance. Dr. Henry's charges $250.00 per session hour for tele-therapy and executive coaching services.

Dr. Henry conducts all of her tele-therapy appointments via Google Meet, a HIPPA compliant, secure tele-conferencing software that is easy and intuitive to use and does not require any special downloads from you. Dr. Henry maintains all of her practice records through a secure practice software designed specifically for psychologists in private practice. Your privacy and security are pivotal, and Dr. Henry has taken every precaution to ensure their safety.
