The Integrated Therapeutic Wellness experiences leverage Dr. Henry’s extensive scientific expertise in the connection between the brain and the body as well as her over 20 years of therapeutic yoga and meditation teaching experience. You’ll experience the powerful connection between brain, mind, and body for improved psychological resilience and wellness.
Centered around a primary theme (such as anxiety, stress, or depression) sessions integrate evidence-based psychotherapies with mind-body practices to create a holistic approach to psychological health and wellbeing.
